Mary Kisoo

Overview and Experience

Mary is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Public Secretary (CPS), a Chartered Arbitrator
(MCIArb), and a Certified Professional Mediator. Mary is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya. Mary
holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law
from the Kenya School of Law, and a Diplôme d’études en langue Française from Alliance Française de
Nairobi.
Mary specializes in conveyancing, commercial law, family law and probate and administration and also
heads the entertainment law, IP and sports law team. She has commendable skills in communication and
interpersonal skills, analytical techniques and research.
She has an exemplary track record as she offers a full range of services in real estate and financial
services for both corporations and individuals. Her expertise cuts across all types of real estate and
extends to banking and project finance. She also has considerable experience in Projects and
infrastructure and has consulted in various energy projects across the country.
Mary is the go-to person in matters of family law, especially on issues involving family relationships, such
as adoption, divorce and legal separation, child custody, division of matrimonial property and estate
planning.
